HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We source, deliver, professionally install, and style your display.
Optional pickup is available when the season is over.
WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVE?
We serve the greater Grand Rapids Area. Delivery is free for a 60 Mile Radius around Grand Rapids City limits.
DO YOU DESIGN FOR BUSINESSES?
Of course! We love creating welcoming seasonal displays for storefronts, offices, restaurants, churches, and other commercial spaces. If your project is unique, we'd be happy to create a custom design.
WHAT IF I AM HOSTING AN EVENT?
In that case, you will need a specific date for a design install. Don't worry, when you make your reservation that option will be available for you.
CAN I SELECT ANY INSTALLATION?
Of course! Our different installations are organized to make the selection process easier, but they're not exclusive. If you fall in love with an installment from another category, go for it! We're happy to deliver it for your home, business, or special event.
HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
Click on the Make a Reservation option on the top right corner of this page or any of the Make a Reservation Buttons throughout the site. Select from our menu and then you will be led to fill out a form with all the necessary information. Once you submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. So will we.
If you have booked a residential or commercial design, we will be in touch with you one full week prior to your installation. If you have booked an event, we will be in touch within 24 hours.
WHAT HAPPENS ON MY INSTALL DATE?
We'll confirm your installation date a full week in advance. On that date, we will let you know when we are on our way. Then you can simply enjoy your new gorgeous entry.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME ON INSTALL DATE?
If you are comfortable not being home, then there's no need.
WHAT DATES DO YOU INSTALL?
Dates to design your home or business entries are available for three weeks from Sept. 21- Oct. 9 for the 2026 Season. If you are hosting an event, we offer design installs by appointment from the months of September through November.
CAN I CHOOSE MY INSTALL WEEK?
Absolutely! We understand some of you want those pumpkins out the second Labor Day is out because you will be ready to decorate for Christmas before we all get our Halloween costumes on. We are happy to accommodate. When choosing your install week, make the selection for the $50 Early Access option.
Please note that with early access, full sun and high temperatures will shorten how long your pumpkins will last. Even though we clean all our pumpkins with a natural solution to keep them beautiful as long as possible, Mother Nature will do what Mother Nature will do. You know your location better than us, so we trust you to make the decision you desire most.
DO YOU DELIVER BEYOND THE 60 MILE RADIUS?
We would love to if possible. Contact us so we can see what we can make work regarding availability and pricing.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
Absolutely! Choose the optional pickup service when reserving your design, and we'll deliver your pumpkins to the local deer and farm animals after the season. They will all thank you.
